Sports Director Vince Welch is the voice you hear with the latest
sports news and scores on WIBC's Morning
Show. But, that's not all the Indianapolis native does. He
works as a pit reporter and auto racing commentator for ABC Sports
and ESPN, and is also TV play-by-play announcer for Ball State
basketball.
Sportscaster Kevin Lee is the host of WIBC's Sportstalk program
as well as the pregame and postgame host of the Pacers Radio Network.
In 2001 he joined the Indianpolis Speedway Radio Network, broadcasting
from turn two on race day as part of the wordwide coverage. He
is a native of Indianapolis.
Joe, who anchors afternoon sportscasts during the Dave
Wilson Show, has been a part of the WIBC sports staff since
1996, after a fine NFL career. Staysniak, an offensive lineman,
was a member of the AFC champion Buffalo Bills, playing in two
Super Bowls before finishing his career with the Indianapolis
Colts.
Mark is the play-by-play announcer for the Indiana Pacers Radio
Network. Since joining the Pacers in 1988, Boyle has handled the
play-by-play on every regular season and playoff game that the
club has been involved in, and his streak of 1,139 consecutive
games is the longest current run in the Eastern Conference.
Bob is the host of Indiana Sports Talk which airs on WIBC Saturday
nights from 9 to midnight. He's one of the state's most respected
and knowledgeable high school and college sports experts. When
he's not talking sports at WIBC and Network
Indiana, Bob is the Director of Basketball Operations for
the Horizon League.
The official historian of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Donald
is a wealth of information and is a vital resource for our coverage
of the month of May, from practice to qualifying to the Indianapolis
500 itself.
